Mewar International University

Mewar International University was the first Indian university to establish a campus in Africa, and is located at the border of the Nigerian states of Abuja and Nasarawa.

The university’s academic offering focuses on three main areas: computing, sciences, and management and social sciences, and through these three schools offers a range of undergraduate degrees. These degree programmes range from software engineering to biotechnology, and entrepreneurship.

Mewar International University offers international exchange programmes and internships, language classes, guest lecturers, and industry leader visits. The university has placed students in international internships in over 15 countries across the world, providing unique opportunities for career development. The Startup Incubation Centre provides seed grant funding for entrepreneurial students, helping to turn their ideas into a business.

The campus itself has on-site hostels, canteens and coffee shops, a pharmacy, grocery store, gym, gaming centre, shopping centre, and many more amenities to make campus life as simple as possible for students. With a range of sporting facilities on campus, students can take part in sports activities including swimming, squash, horse-riding, tennis and more.
