About Lunghwa University of Science and Technology
Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, often referred to as LHU, is a private vocational university of science and technology. It is located in Guishan District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
LHU traces its history back to 1967 when entrepreneurs Mr. Sun Fa-Min, and Mrs. Sun decided to establish a school.
The university offers wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in different disciplines ranging from electronics, business, mechanic, engineering, finance, philology, and international business to multi-media, gaming science, tourism and computer science.
Lunghwa University of Science and Technology has a well-built infrastructure including an indoor gymnasium, a table tennis room, an aerobics room, a physical fitness centre, an outdoor 200-metre track and field ground, basketball courts, two PU basketball courts, health centre, restaurant, convenience stores, and a unique five-star student dormitory called “Han-Qin" Hall.
The university has forged academic partnerships with leading universities across the globe. Some of these include: University of Canberra, Australia, University of Detroit-Mercy, University of Santiago, University of Westminster, Hanoi University of Economics, Pittsburg State University, Hanoi University of Technology, and Akita University.
