About Poznan University of Technology
Poznan University of Technology (PUT) is an important higher education institution in Greater Poland region (Wielkopolska) and is among the best universities in Poland. Created in 1919, with more than 100 years of history, PUT is an excellent example of tradition combined with modern approach to education and research.
Currently, Poznan University of Technology is a nine-faculty institution of higher education with rich curricula, adapted to the needs of today’s domestic and global labour market. In 1995, Poznan University of Technology became a member of the Conference of European Schools for Advanced Engineering Education and Research (CESAER) - an organization bringing together the best technical universities in Europe. From 2020, Poznan University of Technology is the leader of European University EUNICE – European Commission project. The main goal of EUNICE (European University for Customized Education) is to build a common European University of the future, aspiring to generate a shift from traditional to customized education through inter-university mobility, and to provide a high-quality digital learning with strong cooperation with industry, offering flexible multidisciplinary studies and exchange opportunities for students and staff.
