About Federal University Gashua
Federal University Gashua was founded in 2013 by President Goodluck Jonathan. It was established in order to give every state of Nigeria access to higher education.
The university is located in Gashua, a town in Yobe State, Nigeria.
There are five faculties within the university: faculty of agriculture, faculty of art and humanities, faculty of management science, faculty of sciences, and the faculty of social science. Each faculty is divided into different departments, which offer both undergraduate and graduate degree programmes.
There are more than 20 courses available for students to study across all five faculties.
