Established in 1992, the Poole College of Management is the business school of the North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, US.

The college was set up to emphasise NC State University’s strengths in engineering and technology and to prepare students for an increasingly technology-focused global marketplace.

The college was accredited by the AACSB in 2000. Two years later the college’s MBA was created.

Poole has more than 3,500 students, approximately 2,700 undergraduate and 800 graduate students, over its four departments: accounting, business management, management, innovation and entrepreneurship and economics.

Undergraduate programmes are offered in accounting (four "concentrations" offered); business administration and economics. Graduate courses include: master of business administration; master of accounting; master of management - global luxury;
and master's degrees in economics. Poole also offers a doctor of economics.

Among the research centres and initiatives is the Supply Chain Resource Cooperative (SCRC) that provides thought-leadership to the academic and business communities in this crucial area, likewise the Enterprise Risk Management Initiative (ERM) - The ERM Initiative. Meanwhile, the Center for Innovation Management Studies (CIMS) foster a collaborative environment among scholars, researchers, and business executives to encourage innovation. The Entrepreneurship Collaborative (EC) nurtures students in creating new entrepreneurship opportunities and the Business Sustainability Collaborative (BSC) connects students, faculty, and the business community through sustainability knowledge. Finally, the Consumer Innovation Collaborative (CIC) facilitates academic-corporate partnerships to undertake consumer research in applied business contexts.
