About Novena University
Novena University is based in Ogume in Delta State, Nigeria. It was established in 2005 as the first private university in the state.
Applicants are expected to score a minimum of 160 in Nigeria’s UMED entrance test.
Students can study in the colleges of medicine and health sciences, basic medical sciences, law, management and social science, natural and applied science, and computing and telecommunications.
The university signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Delta State University for the training of medical students in 2017 and has since developed clinical medicine, medicine, dentistry and pharmacy degrees, as well as an LLB in law.
The university also has a 240-bed teaching hospital.
