About Nile University of Nigeria

Nile University of Nigeria was established in 2009 with just three faculties and has since has doubled to six faculties. It is part of the first and largest pan-African private higher education network, Honoris United University.

The six faculties include health sciences, arts and sciences, engineering, management sciences, natural and applied sciences and law. The university offers 34 undergraduate and 47 postgraduate programmes. There is also a School of Preliminary Studies and Centre for Lifelong Learning.

The Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme is compulsory for engineering students who must complete at least 24 weeks of work experience during their fourth year.

Students can enjoy a range of sports including football, badminton and volleyball, as well as clubs and societies such as business, food club, theatre, law and engineering club. The university has its own TV and radio stations which students can take part in to develop their communication and media skills.
