About Fergana State University
Located in the eastern part of Uzbekistan, Fergana State University was founded in 1930 and gained universities status in 1991.
The institution has 13 faculties including engineering, medicine, law, economics, and humanities among others. The university offers offers 56 bachelor's programmes and 26 master's programmes, which cover a wide variety of fields
Students at the university have access to facilities, including a library, modern classrooms, and 10 field laboratories.
There are 99 student clubs and organisations where students have a chance to explore their interests and passions outside of their academics, helping students learn life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and communication.
Fergana State University offers scholarships, grants, and financial aid packages.
The university has signed 120 memorandums and cooperation agreements with foreign higher education institutions around the world in Germany, the US, Japan and Latvia among other countries.
