THE Student, Times Higher Education (THE)’s dynamic digital platform for those looking to study abroad, has today announced that it is collaborating with Global University Systems (GUS), the worldwide network of educational institutions, to help students achieve their goals through a more flexible study experience.

Institutions worldwide have been working at great pace to evolve and adapt to a more hybrid way of learning, which in turn offers international students a larger pool of academic choice. GUS provides a dynamic network of institutions, offering a myriad of certificates, qualifications and degree programmes, as well as career-enhancing resources complemented by proprietary technologies, to convert students’ career objectives into actionable success.

The partnership will allow the 15 million+ prospective international students that visit Times Higher Education’s platform every year to connect with a variety of GUS brands. Furthermore, the partnership coincides with THE Student’s ambition of helping prospective students on their journey to discovering the best suited institution for them.

Patrick Hayes, Chief Development Officer, THE Student, commented:

“This is an exciting new strategic development at THE, aimed at maximising choice for our annual audience of over 15 million prospective international students. We will be collaborating with GUS to generate student leads directly for their global network of institutions on our platform, as well as through our courses, profiles, and ground-breaking THE Student Festival and webinar series. Given THE Student’s unique global reach and GUS’s renowned worldwide network of institutions, we couldn’t be more natural partners. We are proud to be working with them.”

Vanita Kerai, Portfolio Marketing Director, Global University Systems, commented:

At GUS we are very much focused on the student and their future employability.  We have award winning educational programmes across our network of over 25 institutions, offering a huge range of degree programmes, diplomas, certificates across campus, online and hybrid. We are excited to work closely with THE to offer students a wider choice for their education.”
