About Van Lang University
Founded in 1995, Van Lang University is located in Vietnam’s largest financial centre, Ho Chi Minh City.
The university is comprised of seven schools and faculties: Van Lang School of Technology, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Business and Management, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Architecture. Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, and the Faculty of Hospitality, Tourism and Events. Within each faculty are different departments, which offer a variety of degree programmes at bachelor, masters, and doctoral level.
Outside the classroom, the university offers extracurricular activities and community engagement. Through various clubs, organisations, and volunteer initiatives, students have ample opportunities to develop leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and make a positive impact on society.
The university conducts research across a wide variety of subject areas including humanities and social sciences, magnetism and magnetic materials, subatomic physics, and ecology and environmental management.
