Ukrainian agreement

YOUR ARTICLE on Ukrainian studies in the United Kingdom (THES, March 21) overlooked the agreement between the Institute of Ukrainian Studies at Kiev University and the University of North London to develop this field here as well as at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies. UNL recently took over from SSEES the running of the Chevening scholarships for postgraduate students from Ukraine. UNL has projects in research, curriculum development and training with several Ukrainian institutions.
