The one external examiner who attended the Stirling MBA exam board meeting complained of the poor quality of the exam papers (Whistleblowers, THES, July 16). But surely he or she was sent them for review before the final drafts of the papers were agreed, as is done here at Goldsmiths and elsewhere where quality assurance is taken seriously?
