Taking part are: Glyn Davis, vice-chancellor of the University of Melbourne; Sophie Johnston, president of the National Union of Students; and Andrew Norton, higher education programme director at the Grattan Institute. The discussion is chaired by broadcaster Jim Middleton.

The recording has been edited for duration. The full event is available in video and audio at the Grattan Institute. The Policy Shop is a public policy podcast, hosted by Professor Davis.
