Hi, my name is Toby and I am a 28 year old Research Masters student at Leiden University. I am studying Middle Eastern Studies, focusing on 13th and 14th century history. I was born in France, though I am half British, half American. I did my BA in Mediaeval History at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. I have travelled a fair amount and experienced different educational systems as well. My family are spread out around the world and this has contributed to my international perspective.
