Ritika recently graduated with a full-time MBA from University of Bath where she was awarded the Women in Business scholarship. She also won the title of AMBA Student Of The Year 2019. She led various international case competitions during her time at Bath. Prior to the MBA, Ritika worked with numerous firms such as Moody’s and Deutsche Bank in the United States.
She has actively been engaged as a student ambassador in helping the university with recruitment and branding at international fairs while voluntarily mentoring numerous peers/prospective students. She believes empowering women through education is the key to prosperity, development, and welfare. Thus, she aspires to empower women both from rural and urban backgrounds through an NGO she is setting up in South Asia.
