I’m Lu and I’m a first year philosophy and sociology undergrad at the University of Glasgow. My enthusiasm for social science and current social issues and my longstanding aptitude for writing are why I hope to get into journalism as I go through university and consider potential career paths. Other interests of mine include electronic music, creative writing and cooking (with results of varying standards!) – I’ve also always been an avid pianist, singer and songwriter. I hope that what I have to say will ring true with other people at university and be of use to prospective students!
