Gail Kinman reported that 70 per cent of lecturers found their jobs stressful
I can genuinely say that there are simply not enough hours in the day to do what I want to do. Trying to meet the demands of being an able academic (teaching, researching, administrating, managing), a supportive partner and a good father is proving difficult. I try to please everybody but probably end up pleasing nobody. I feel like something has got to give, and it will probably be my heart!
