关于 Philadelphia University (Jordan)
Philadelphia University (Jordan) was established in 1989 and opened its doors to students in 1991. It is named after the old city of Amman, which used to be called Philadelphia. Its 327 acre campus is located between Amman and Jerash, surrounded by picturesque natural beauty.
The university offers undergraduate bachelor’s of arts and science degrees across eight different faculties: arts, business, engineering and technology, science, law, nursing, pharmacy, and allied medical sciences. Courses are taught in both English and Arabic language, and the academic year spans two regular semesters with an optional summer session. Postgraduate master’s degrees are also on offer at Philadelphia.
With 32 universities, Jordan has a large student population with students coming from all over the world to study there.
