The quantifed cost savings and business benefits that come from Surface Pro
Forrester Consulting conducted a total economic impact study to measure the benefits Surface Pro devices could deliver to schools. Using four primary and secondary schools that currently employ a one-to-one Surface Pro strategy for all students and teachers, the findings are presented according a risk-adjusted three year value for a composite school.
The results are impressive. Over a three-year period, schools can save more than $820,000 (£603,663) from teacher productivity, paper and textbook savings, and IT costs. But even more impressive is that the fact that Surface devices are so enthusiastically embraced by teachers and students that they radically transform the process of integrating technology into schools .
