About University of Phayao
University of Phayao is a higher education institute with strong support from the royal Thai government. The university offers bachelors, masters and doctoral programmes as well as training courses and workshops.
The spirit of the university is its philosophy that "a life of wisdom is the most wondrous of all". It is committed to providing wisdom for community empowerment through its seven core values. These include competence, freedom, justice, generosity, team learning and working, shared vision, and local and global spirit. By adhering to these concepts, the university believes that its students and staff will develop the wisdom they need to be good citizens.
