About Işik University
Işik University is a private university located in Istanbul, the capital of Turkey. The university is a part of the Feyziye Schools Foundation's Işik Schools, and can trace its history back to as early as 1885.
The university offers wide range of courses across different disciplines ranging from engineering and social sciences to arts and economics.
The university has two campuses: The Maslak campus, located in the one of business centres of Istanbul and Sile campus situated 50 kms out of the city. Both the campuses have amenities including dormitories, research centres, recreational zones and social facilities.
Işik University offers teaching in both English and Turkish.
In recent years, the university has also forged academic partnerships with numerous universities and academic institutions across the world and regularly facilitates exchange of students and faculties. The university has more than 100 global partners and is also a part of the Erasmus mobility programme.
