About César Ritz Colleges Switzerland
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (CRCS) is a leading hospitality school that focuses on entrepreneurship, sustainability and leadership.
It operates across two campuses: Le Bouveret and Brig. Le Bouveret is located on the shores of Lake Geneva, just minutes away from the French border. Meanwhile, Brig is a small town nestled in the Rhone Valley at the foot of the Alps.
CRCS is one of four hospitality schools that operate under the Swiss Education Group. The other three are: the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, the Swiss Hotel Management School and the Hotel Institute Montreux.
The school is named in honour of César Ritz, a Swiss hotelier and founder of several hotels.
Students who study the school’s undergraduate programme will gain two degrees: bachelor of international business in hotel and tourism management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, and a bachelor of arts in hospitality business management from Washington State University (Carson College of Business). This programme is offered in partnership with Washington State University.
The school’s master programme is an intensive one-year course that expands career opportunities beyond hospitality into industries such as banking, consulting and retail. Students will graduate with a master of international business in entrepreneurship from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and a master of arts in hospitality and tourism entrepreneurship from the University of Derby in the UK. Students can also gain practical experience through a professional industry internship.
