About Kings University
Kings University is a private university in Osun state, Nigeria. It was founded in 2015 by the Kingsway International Christian Church, an evangelical protestant church based in Great Britain.
Its initial driving forces were to improve the healthcare provisions in Osun state and address the need for information technology and entrepreneurial studies in the area.
It remains a small institution with three faculties: humanities, management and social science and science. These are then divided into departments of accounting and finance, biological sciences, business and entrepreneurial studies, information and systems technology, language and linguistics, mass communication, political science, criminology and security studies.
