University of Engineering & Management, Jaipur

University of Engineering & Management, Jaipur was established in 2011 in the capital city of Rajasthan state. It is a private university belonging to the IEM UEM group, enabling collaboration with its other two institutions based in Kolkata.

The university offers qualifications in engineering, management and physiotherapy.

Two-thirds of the student body can be accommodated in UEM’s hostels, with 932 places for men and 190 for women.

There were no overseas students, although exchanges are conducted with partner institutions such as ESC Rennes. Other partners include Brunel University London, Iwate Prefecture University, the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and National Taipei University of Business.

There is a strong emphasis on placements, with each student required to do at least three in the course of their studies.
