University of Sumer

The University of Sumer is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Al-Rifai in Iraq.

The university was founded in 2014.

The university is home to range of faculties including faculty of administration and economics, the faculty of basic education, the faculty of agriculture, the faculty of computer and information technology, the faculty of law and the faculty of science.

There are auditoriums, halls, classrooms, research laboratories and libraries on campus.

The university also has research partnership will different academic institutions both inside and outside Iraq. The institution regularly hosts scientific conferences.
