Fukushima Medical University

Fukushima Medical University is a public university, located in the city of Fukushima, Japan. Previously it was established as Fukushima Woman's Medical School in 1944 and was then chartered as a university in 1950.

The university is made up of the school of medicine, school of nursing, school of graduate education, Fukushima Medical University Hospital and the Radiation Medical Science Center.
